The International and EU Relations and Quality Control Office carries out professional and administrative tasks and coordination concerning the preparation, implementation and monitoring of national and regional projects financed through EU funds and other foreign sources, manages cooperation with international institutions and organizations, and contracting, as well as implementation and monitoring of bilateral cooperation with hydrographic offices of other countries. The Office also performs tasks arising from the HHI membership in the International Hydrographic Organization and the International Maritime Organization. It is responsible for the licensing of HHI data in derived commercial and non-commercial products, and the distribution of electronic navigational charts. It provides support to the quality management system, coordinates internal and external revision of processes defined in HRN ISO 9001, handles the registry and storage of HHI documents and archival records, and manages the public media relations and communication with government bodies and public authorities.
The International and EU Relations and Quality Control Office consists of two departments: International Cooperation and EU Projects Department; Quality Control and Planning Department.
