As part of international cooperation activities of the HHI, and following the common practice of meeting with foreign ambassadors, meetings were held with Ambassador of the Republic of Korea H.E. Mr. Won-sup Park (7 August 2017) and Ambassador of Japan H.E. Mr. Keiji Takiguchi (19 September 2017).

The 20^th regular MBSHC Conference was held in Bijela, Montenegro from 4 to 6 July 2017. Conference was organized by the Institute of Hydrometeorology and Seismology of Montenegro, Sector of Hydrography and Oceanography. It was attended by about 40 delegates from 18 full members of the MBSHC...

Next week (23 - 24 May 2017) Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia (HHI) will host a two-day meeting of three working groups of the PRIMAR RENC (Regional ENC Coordinating Centre).

The 1st session of the IHO Assembly was held in Monaco from 24 to 28 April 2017. It was attended by 240 delegates representing 77 member states out of 86 IHO full members.

New edition of nautical publication List of Lights and Fog Signals, Adriatic Sea – Eastern Coast, 2017, has been published.

New edition of Chart No. 47 SPLIT – KAŠTELANSKI ZALJEV has been released.

The 23rd ordinary annual meeting of the PRIMAR Advisory Committee (more about PRIMAR) was held in Riga (Latvia) from 22 to 23 November. Latvian Hydrographic Service hosted the meeting. Croatia was represented by Assistant Director for International Cooperation Željko Bradarić, and Geodesy Specialist Dejan Lovrinčević.

12th International Symposium on Integrated Ship’s Information Systems & Marine Traffic Engineering Conference (ISIS-MTE 2016) was held in Hamburg from 31 August to 2 September 2016.

On 7 June 2016, Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia received a visit from the French Naval Academy delegation led by its president Henri Legoherel.
