Students from the University Department of Forensic Sciences, module Forensics and National Securities, visit the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia

On 23 May 2022, students from the University Department of Forensic Sciences (module Forensics and National Securities), accompanied by Prof Josip Kasum, visited the Hydrographic Institute.

This continues the practice of student visits to the Hydrographic Institute for the purpose of vocational training, which has been maintained for many years.

The presentation on activities and work of the Hydrographic Institute was given by Dr Tonći Panžić, Assistant Director for Maritime Safety and Cartography.

The students also visited the Hydrographic Institute museum, including a lecture on historical development of the hydrographic service from the first hydrographic surveys to the present day.
